This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” “your”) and QuickCURD (“QuickCURD,” “we,” “us,” “our”), governing your access to and use of the QuickCURD website, mobile applications, digital content, courses, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all incorporated policies.
Platform – The QuickCURD website, mobile app, API, content delivery system, and any other interfaces where our services are offered.
Services – Online courses, training programs, tutorials, downloadable content, community forums, and related products offered through the Platform.
User Content – All data, feedback, comments, files, and other content you provide through use of the Platform.
Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions in this Agreement, you must discontinue using the Platform.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction; if not, your account must be managed by a parent or guardian.
Users may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
QuickCURD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, educational purposes. You may not share access credentials or resell access to any third party.
All fees for paid content or services will be clearly displayed before purchase. Payments must be made in advance through the payment methods supported on the Platform. QuickCURD may change fees at any time with prior notice.
Refunds are processed according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy available on the Platform. Generally, eligible refund requests must be submitted within a defined period and subject to validation.
All content provided through QuickCURD, including text, software, graphics, videos, and course materials, is owned or licensed by QuickCURD and protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. You may use the content only for personal educational purposes and not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
You agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in prohibited activities including but not limited to:
Uploading harmful software or malware.
Violating intellectual property rights of others.
Interfering with the security or integrity of the Platform.
Harassing or abusing others through Platform channels.
If you post content on the Platform (e.g., forum posts, comments), you retain ownership but grant QuickCURD a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. QuickCURD does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, QuickCURD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where QuickCURD is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration or courts agreed upon in this jurisdiction.
QuickCURD may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be effective once posted on the Platform.
